Product Manager, Consultant

Your Role

The Transformation team is responsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation through data-driven insights, customer advocacy, and portfolio alignment. We ensure that strategic initiatives are prioritized effectively, deliver measurable value, and enhance customer experience across the healthcare ecosystem. The Product Manager Consultant will report to the Sr. Manager, Strategic Planning and Performance. In this role you will be instrumental in translating customer feedback into actionable insights that shape backlog prioritization and modernization efforts. You will serve as a strategic connector across delivery, customer care, growth, and marketing teams assuring that transformation efforts are aligned, funded, and tracked for impact.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Product Management, Management Consulting, or Entrepreneurship required.
• Requires a BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Health, or Information Technology. Graduate degree (e.g. MBA) is highly desirable.
