This position is remote within the United States.
Job Summary As a Customer Enrollment Sales Specialist, you will leverage your healthcare knowledge and understanding of dental practice operations to engage dental offices, including participating network dentists, to enroll them in the Dental Marketing Program.
You will make 50+ outbound calls per day to connect with office managers and treatment coordinators, educating them on the products, services, and marketing materials offered by DentalPlans.com and Henry Schein One.
During these calls, you will verify account information and identify opportunities to recommend solutions that support patient acquisition and practice growth. Utilizing prospect and dormant account lists, you will conduct pre-call planning to assess account viability and work to convert these accounts into active, producing offices.
The work schedule is Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-2:00pm EST.
Candidates must be located in the Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones.
What you will do
- Promote and drive engagement for Dental Savings Plans and Henry Schein One products by enrolling and activating dental accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dental offices as a trusted resource for marketing materials, training, and patient enrollment strategies
- Utilize leads from various sources, including assigned accounts and inbound inquiries, to generate new sales opportunities
- Maintain consistent daily outreach to clients and prospects to generate sales opportunities, making 50-75 outbound calls per day
- Educate dental office teams on marketing programs and provide follow-up training to ensure effective implementation
- Develop and execute detailed plans to meet monthly sales targets
- Deliver high-quality, professional customer service in all interactions
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and account activities in CRM systems
- Ensure timely, accurate communication and data updates in line with company policies
- Collaborate closely with customer success, services, and support teams to maximize client value
- Participate actively in team meetings, call reviews, and feedback sessions to ensure communication quality and consistency
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and company goals
Travel/Physical Demands
- Travel typically less than 10%

Qualifications
Must have:
- Typically a high school diploma, vocational training and/or on-the-job training
- Typically a minimum of 3 years of related experience, including at least 2 years in outside sales, B2B sales, etc.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal, and listening)
- Strong selling, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to handle high volumes of phone calls with professional telephone etiquette
- Ability to effectively answer inquiries, resolve disputes, and manage conflict
- Self-starter and team player capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Driven to meet and exceed goals and targets
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn applicable computer systems/software quickly
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize daily tasks
- Ability to establish productive working relationships at multiple levels within an organization
- A quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet that's free from distractions and interruptions

The base pay for this role is $21.00 per hour. This position is also eligible for commission, which is not included in the stated hourly rate.
