As the Logistics Analyst you will have a critical role in leading the enhancement, and ongoing support of logistics operations data, metrics, and analytics for the USCA region, driving data-informed decisions across our logistics network. As a subject matter expert (SME), you will work across multiple transportation modes, source systems, and Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to ensure data integrity and deliver applicable insights through advanced reporting capabilities. You will report to the Logistics Operations Sr. Manager. Responsibilities
- Extract, validate, and cleanse data from multiple source systems to build a master USCA shipment data file.
- Collaborate with our teams and external partners to ensure data accuracy and understanding of goals.
- Analyze transportation and distribution data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Build and manage interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide applicable insights to stakeholders.
- Deliver monthly logistics operations dashboards, reports, and analysis with accuracy.
- Lead reporting for main logistics metrics including low-cost carrier compliance, tender acceptance, and service performance.
- Identify logistics trends and provide data-driven recommendations for operational improvements.
- Provide transactional support in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), including fuel schedule uploads and carrier constraints.
- Prepare presentations and reports for SBUs, translating complex data into concise insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics within logistics or supply chain operations.
- Experience data mining, cleansing, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
- Experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and visualization.
- Familiarity with logistics systems such as OTM and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
