We Take Care of Our Team

This position offers:

  • Starting pay of $29.90/hr. up to top pay of $42.20/hr
  • Quarterly gainsharing bonus potential

*additional shift differential for off-shifts

What You Drive at DTNA

An Electrician Maintenance Worker is responsible for maintaining electrical systems at our local site. The duties include installing or replacing wiring and other electrical components, troubleshooting electrical issues to handle repairs and communicate with team members and management to complete electrical projects.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

*Ability to perform electrical tests, read results, diagnose, and repair electrical problems. *Strong understanding of wiring, circuits and other electrical components. *Visual and mechanical inspection of parts. *Effective time management. *Understanding of local and national codes, regulations and safety procedures. *Report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials, unsafe and unusual conditions. *Maintain a neat and tidy work area. *Perform any other work assigned by the Team Lead or Maintenance Supervisor. *Uses a team oriented approach. *Ability to follow all designated safety policies/practices/guidelines; including but not limited to use of PPE: steel toe safety shoes, and safety glasses at all times in production areas.

Knowledge You Should Bring

*Understanding of local and national codes, regulations and safety procedures.
  • Ability to follow process flows of incoming and outgoing product
  • Will be required to lift, carry, walk, sit, push, and pull throughout the shift
  • Independent worker able to perform tasks without supervision
  • Must have prior experience with electrical work.

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

  • Education: High school diploma/ GED preferred
  • Years of Experience: Prefer prior experience with basic machining or manufacturing
  • Other Qualifications:
    • Ability to communicate with others
    • Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English
    • Ability to properly use equipment, materials, and supplies.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision in either a group setting or individually.
    • Functional Abilities:
    • Lifting and carrying parts ranging from one (1) ounce to seventy-five (75) pounds up to 10 hours per day.
    • Grasping and moving parts of various sizes up to 10 hours per day.
    • Walking and standing for up to 10 hours per day.
    • Moving items 4 feet from waist height.
    • Repeated bending, twisting, stopping up to 10 hours per day.
