EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Graduate of an accredited program for Physical Therapy Assistants CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE Licensed as a physical therapist assistant in WI CPR/BLS required within 90 days of hire SPECIAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS The Special Physical Demands are considered Essential Job Functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
