*Location:* Beaverton, OR *Type:* Seasonal (through February 2026) - Opportunity for conversion to perm. *Schedule:* Opening and closing shifts available during peak season (Oct 2025-Feb 2026) *Training:* Mandatory 3-week classroom training, Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5 PM Are you passionate about helping others and love the idea of being the voice behind iconic outdoor brands? Join our team as a *Seasonal Customer Service Representative*, where you'll deliver exceptional support to customers shopping for Columbia Sportswear, Sorel, and Prana. In this role, you'll engage with customers via phone and email, helping them find the perfect gear, resolve issues, and navigate their orders-all while providing warm, personalized service that reflects our commitment to quality and care. *What You'll Do* * Provide top-tier customer service through inbound/outbound calls and emails. * Assist with product questions, order tracking, billing, and account support. * Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism. * Make thoughtful decisions to ensure customer satisfaction. * Engage in non-scripted, personalized conversations. * Stay up to date on product lines and seasonal offerings. * Demonstrate active listening and a helpful attitude in every interaction. *What You Bring* * 1+ years of customer service experience (retail or e-commerce preferred). * Strong computer skills and ability to multitask across systems. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Team-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to help. * Familiarity with Columbia Sportswear, Sorel, or Prana is a plus-but curiosity and willingness to learn are key. * Comfort with giving and receiving feedback. *Why Join Us?* * Be part of a passionate team supporting beloved outdoor brands. * Gain valuable experience in a high-volume, customer-focused environment. * Potential for conversion-several consultants became permanent team members last season! Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
