As a Security Professional Healthcare Patrol - Overnight in Fountain Valley, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare environment, you will play a key role in supporting a welcoming and secure atmosphere for patients, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will also provide outstanding customer service, offering assistance and clear communication to everyone you encounter. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential security-related issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols within the healthcare setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff and/or first responders as needed during incidents or emergencies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all activities, incidents, and observations while on duty at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
