As a Security Professional - Dispatch Patrol in Newark, DE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will play a crucial role in supporting security-related operations within a dynamic and professional environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring activities, coordinating responses to incidents, and communicating important information to both team members and clients. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage communications to coordinate security-related responses and activities within the location.
• Dispatch security personnel to various areas as needed based on incidents, alarms, or requests for assistance.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of all calls, incidents, and dispatch activities.
• Assist in the implementation of site-specific policies and procedures, following established protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing support to on-site personnel.
• Communicate with law enforcement, emergency services, and/or other relevant parties as required.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from clients, visitors, and/or employees related to security-related matters.

• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Possession of a valid Guard Card or security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
