As a Security Professional - Warehouse Site - Weekdays in Mooresville, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment for all personnel and property. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, being a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and assisting with access control. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to address any concerns and promote a welcoming atmosphere. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents in accordance with Allied Universal protocols and client requirements.
• Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain awareness of all persons entering or leaving the location.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to address security-related needs and provide support as required in a manufacturing and industrial environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to and more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
