As a Security Professional - Retail Patrol in Braselton, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .

As a Security Officer with Allied Universal assigned to a retail location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment for visitors, staff, and property. Your primary responsibilities will focus on access control, including monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and responding to security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the retail environment, help to deter unwanted activity through your visible presence, and provide exceptional customer service to all guests and employees. Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at retail locations by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including access control measures.
• Assist with security-related emergency response activities as needed, following established protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or potential security-related breaches.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
