Position Summary
Trideum Corporation has an opening for a Site Lead (SL) supporting the Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Mission Training Complex (MTC) in San Antonio, TX. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Site Lead will be responsible for all contractual performance of the work.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
What You'll Do
- Manages all contractual personnel, transportation, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the JBSA MTC Simulation/Stimulation (Sim/Stim) training support as defined in this Performance of Work Statement (PWS). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing the simulation and models training
- Providing subject matter expertise
- Managing over-the-shoulder training
- Leading the production of exercise/event materials to include after action reviews (AAR) and lessons learned
- Conducting exercise/event analysis in support of simulation enhanced training/tactical gaming, and other directed training, as well as operating simulation clients during testing and exercises
- Holds full authority to act on behalf of the contractor company on all task order matters relating to daily operations.
- Minimum travel required
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, subject immaterial
- Possess background and experience with Military training and training support
- Demonstrated experience in operations and training requirements at a MACOM level (e.g. MEDCOM) or Brigade or higher level
- Provides in-depth knowledge of training simulators, and constructive simulations and gaming experience
- Minimum eight years of experience on a US Military staff as a Senior Leader (Division or higher), or equivalent FA57 assignment.
- Background in training management
- Five years of experience with military simulations within the last fifteen years
- Full understanding of the Army Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP).
- Minimum of ten (10) years of supervisory experience
- Completed the Command and General Staff Officer Course (CGSOC) or equivalent level military schooling.
- US Citizen and Active Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline.
- Ten years' experience in Army MTCs or Army Simulations
- Familiarity with US Army) training aids, devices, simulators, and simulations (TADSS) and mission command information systems (MCIS)
- Three years of management experience over a contract with similar size, scope, and complexity, within the last ten years
- Possess a TOP SECRET clearance
