*Online Banking Specialist (Hybrid/Remote)*
*Location: *Wakefield, MA *Pay Rate:* $20-$23/hour *Schedule:* * *Training (First 2 Months):* Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (Onsite) * *Post-Training:* Remote, consistent 8-hour shifts between 7 AM - 8 PM *About the Role* Join a dynamic and customer-focused team as an *Online Banking Specialist*, supporting one of Massachusetts' most respected financial institutions. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for online banking users, delivering exceptional service and technical support via phone and email.
