Preferred Location: US Remote, Canada Accessibility Project Manager The Office of Accessibility executes the end-to-end enterprise accessibility strategy for Cisco. We champion accessibility awareness and inclusivity, building on Cisco's people-first culture. The Office of Accessibility collaborates cross-functionally within Cisco's People, Policy, and Purpose (3P) organization's Social Impact and Inclusion Office, particularly with the People & Communities organization, our Legal organization, and across engineering teams to drive adoption, execution, consistency, and collaboration across the enterprise. Job Summary: The Accessibility Project Manager will join the Office of Accessibility, which serves all 90,000+ employees and partners closely with many organizations across the enterprise. The project manager is essential to ensuring we meet regulatory compliance obligations, including European and US federal and state regulations. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. This role works collaboratively with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals, while proactively utilizing AI technologies where possible to streamline processes and improve project outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing medium to large scale projects.
