We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Coordinator to join our team in New Berlin, WI. This role is essential in supporting our warehouse, customer service, and dispatch operations to ensure seamless service delivery to our patients and partners. Job Description: * The Operations Coordinator is responsible for all tasks before information goes to the warehouse teams. * Coordinates with customer service team, retail teams, and call center members. * This role takes patient phone calls, which would include troubleshooting equipment, evaluations on current oxygen systems, scheduling etc. * Works with our hospice partners to arrange delivery and pick-ups. * Responsible for helping our walk-in patients with equipment delivery/returns. * Routing and dispatch (coordination with our drivers and warehouse) * High level of comfort with typing and using Microsoft 365 (teams/email etc) * Can either work in our dispatch office (within the warehouse) or a cubicle b/c space is limited. Fast-paced, collaborative setting within a warehouse and office environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
