As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be an integral part of maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your primary responsibilities will include performing regular patrols throughout the premises, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will interact with staff and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting site operations. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors to provide assistance and information as needed.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related matters.
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs and/or reports of daily activities and incidents as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
