We are seeking an Agency Sales Manager to join our inside sales team! In this role, you will work to achieve profit and premium growth for assigned agencies, typically managing agency relationships with 1,000-1,500 agencies via phone as well as in-person agency visits. You will also be responsible for implementing plans and programs to contribute to the achievement of agency produced sales and premium and loss ratio objectives. Through all interactions with agencies, you play a key role to ensure the value of our Personal Lines brand is highlighted and reinforced.
