Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $84,000.00/Yr. - USD $139,950.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.


Description

    Designing realistic and mission-relevant scenarios for BSTEX and CPX exercises
  • Creating operational orders, appendices, and annexes to support training objectives
  • Developing digital map overlays and battle space geometries
  • Ensuring exercises incorporate Marine Corps Program of Record (POR) C2 systems
  • Facilitating the integration of C2 systems into operational planning and execution
  • Designing, scripting, and troubleshooting live exercises
  • Building injects, vignettes, and storylines with mission relevant content alongside Red Cell, White Cell, C2, Aviation and CoC leadership to replicate real-world processes
  • Synchronizing fires, maneuver, logistics, aviation, and C2 elements
  • Working closely with instructors, analysts, and engineers to ensure exercises meet training goals
  • Coordinating with the Multi-Domain Operations Center Training Team (MOC TT) for standards-based assessments
  • Utilizing advanced simulation tools to enhance the realism of training exercises
  • Developing software graphics and designs for virtual environments
  • Preparing after-action reports (AARs) and exercise evaluations
  • Maintaining version control for operational orders and supporting documents

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or formal DoD training
  • Successful completion of a military or commercial basic instructor course such as Marine Corps Center for Learning and Faculty Development (CLFD), Facilitating Learning Experience Course (FLEX), CLFD Designing Learning Experience Course (DLEX), Basic Instructor Course (BIC), a college certification course, or an equivalent alternative course
  • 10 or more years of experience designing training exercises for USMC training events
  • Experience creating operational orders, appendices, and annexes to support training objectives
  • Demonstrated experience developing digital map overlays and battle space geometries
  • Demonstrated experience designing, scripting, and troubleshooting live exercises
  • Experience designing injects, vignettes, and storylines in support of training events
  • Direct experience synchronizing fires, maneuver, logistics, aviation, and C2 elements
  • Experience using advanced simulation tools during training exercises
  • Experience developing software graphics and designs for virtual events
  • In-depth understanding of MAGTF-level C2 doctrine
  • Understanding of Marine Corps Service Level Training Exercise Program (SLTE-P) standards and objectives
  • Demonstrated experience with O365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Possess a current DoD Secret security clearance


Desired Skills

  • Five (5) or more years of experience supporting MAGTF Operations Center Training Team (MOCTT) and/or MAGTF Integrated Systems Training Centers (MISTCs)
  • Demonstrated experience designing scenarios for BSTEX and CPX exercises
  • Active-duty experience with fires, maneuver, logistics, aviation, and C2 elements
  • Active-duty USMC experience with USMC C2 systems and equipment
  • Possess a current CompTIA Security+ certification
  • Possess a current Microsoft Office Specialist Master certification
  • Success Completion of MAGTF Command and Staff School


Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
