As the Planning Director - Americas, you will lead all planning activities across Demand, Supply, Inventory, and Production for the Americas region. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive planning and production plans that align with the company's strategic goals, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality product to our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, warehousing, logistics, production, and sales to streamline processes, maximize resource utilization, and improve on-time delivery. By utilizing your analytical skills, strategic thinking, and interpersonal acumen, you will develop, implement, and sustain innovative solutions to reduce lead times, minimize risk, and improve on-time delivery.
