Position Summary

MaineHealth Medical Group is seeking a Physician and APP Recruiter to support the work of MaineHealth Behavioral Health (MHBH). The Recruiter will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment of psychiatrists, physicians, psychologists and advanced practice providers who work at MHBH. The Recruiter guides search leads, MHBH leaders and candidates through the full cycle recruitment process; and is responsible for a candidate's application from the time of initial inquiry through the offer process. This is a benefit eligible position based in our South Portland, Maine office. It is a hybrid position and is not open to fully remote candidates.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.

License/Certifications: Certification in physician recruitment preferred.

Experience: Five years of combined recruitment, Human Resource or other relevant business experience required. Healthcare experience preferred.

Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Database management systems and applicant tracking skills.

Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient MS Office Suite skills
