Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler/Assembly Technician Location: Ft. Worth, TX 76114 Shift: 1st, 2nd Shift Duration: 6+ months Payrate: $17.50/hr. on w2 without benefits. Pre-screened questions: Do you have hands-on experience using tools and assembling mechanical or electronic components? Can you read and follow technical drawings or assembly instructions? Have you ever recorded test data or inspection results as part of your job duties? Job Description: Performs basic assembly and test functions using mechanical skills, tools, and test equipment in a manufacturing environment. Records and documents test results using basic electrical equipment and measurement tools. Interprets technical documents such as blueprints, engineering orders, test specifications, and quality directives to ensure accurate assembly. Produces and inspects assemblies to meet customer and industry standards. Participates in lean initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction. Education: High School Diploma.
