Opportunity

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and building a culture of continuous improvement? Our partner is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives and support supply chain productivity across North American sites. This role is a key part of the senior leadership team, shaping strategy, coaching teams, and delivering measurable performance improvements.

Pay: $70,000 - $135,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:



  • Lead TPM and digitalization efforts to improve efficiency and reduce operational losses
  • Develop and implement performance systems, audits, and key metrics (OEE, schedule adherence)
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and quality through engagement and accountability
  • Guide problem-solving processes, providing coaching, tools, and training for sustainable solutions
  • Plan and execute OGSM strategies in alignment with global and regional objectives
  • Support cross-department productivity initiatives and lead kaizen events, SMED projects, and root cause analyses
  • Manage and develop CI leads, fostering skill growth and adoption of CI tools and methods
  • Track project progress using digital tools and report status to leadership



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of CI/TPM experience considered
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and CI methodologies (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma)
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of Quality and Food Safety standards in the US and Canada preferred
  • Strategic mindset with business acumen and decision-making capabilities
