Take your skills to the next level with Staffmark! We're hiring a Cutting Machine Operator for our 2nd & 3rd shift team, where precision, teamwork, and quality matter. If you're detail-oriented and ready to contribute to a high-performing production environment, this is the role for you.

Schedule & Pay:



  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM- 11:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • $17.75-18.50/hour



Responsibilities:



  • Set up and operate cutting machines efficiently, performing routine maintenance and blade changes
  • Inspect materials and finished products for quality and correct dimensions
  • Record production and maintenance data accurately
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • Support team members and collaborate with management to meet goals



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and basic PC skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
