Sr. Workday Technical Analyst
As the Sr. Workday Technical Analyst, you will lead the integration of key Workday HCM projects, ensuring high-quality and timely execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and mentor colleagues on best practices and technical skills. This role also involves maintaining the reliability and security of Workday systems, proactively resolving issues, and implementing continuous improvements.
Location This is a fully remote position and can be located anywhere in the continental United States. Compensation The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - 150,000 annually, plus a 15% bonus opportunity. Please note that the base salary will vary based on geographic location, market conditions, and the candidate's experience.
Lead Workday HCM project integrations, ensuring timely and high-quality completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integrations. Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues on best practices and technical skills. Implement quality assurance measures for integration solutions and utilize diagnostic tools and methodologies Serve as the primary contact for integration-related matters Ensure reliable operation and maintenance of Workday systems minimizing downtime and optimizing performance. Identify and resolve system issues promptly. Plan and execute system upgrades and configuration changes while minimizing disruptions Implement and manage security measures for data protection and regulatory compliance. Provide technical support and training to users. Continuously improve system administration and integration processes.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Workday Certified Integration Developer).
- 5-8 years of experience in Workday system administration and integrations including significant experience managing complex Workday HCM integration projects, functional configuration, testing, business process optimization, and maintenance.
- Expertise in Workday HCM modules and managing complex integration projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for advanced data analysis.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced knowledge of integration best practices and technical skills.
- Proficiency in implementing quality assurance measures and utilizing diagnostic tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong background in systems administration, including maintenance, configuration, and proactive health monitoring of Workday systems.
- Ability to promptly identify and resolve system issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal system performance.
- Experience planning and executing system upgrades and configuration changes.
- In-depth knowledge of implementing and managing security measures to protect organizational data and systems.
- Experience providing technical support and training.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
