Location This is a hybrid (virtual/onsite) position with minimum required onsite days on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday assigned to the Parnall Office located in Jackson,MI. The selected candidate must be within a commutable distance or willing to relocate (relocation package is available for those that qualify). General Summary of Job Responsibilities The Senior Administrative Assistant manages daily departmental operations, coordinates office activities, and supports department leaders with varied administrative tasks. This role handles confidential information, serves as the main contact for policy and procedural inquiries, and resolves both routine and complex service questions for internal and external clients . The LVD Operations organization is responsible for managing the safe and reliable delivery of electric services across the distribution system. This group oversees daily operational activities, outage response, and system maintenance while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. LVD Operations works closely with field operations, engineering, and support teams to coordinate resources, maintain service quality, and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
