Manager, Talent Acquisition Date Posted: September 10, 2025 Office: Amarillo, Texas or Remote Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Workdays: Monday - Friday Reports To: Insert Manager Title Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly FLSA Status: Exempt Salary Range: $***,*** - $***,*** As the successful candidate, you will - Develop and execute our talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent across all levels, and locations, while building and administering Modern's talent acquisition lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience aligned with our workforce planning and inclusion and belonging goals. You are excited about this opportunity because you will -
- Cultivate and implement a scalable talent acquisitions strategy aligned with Modern's growth
- Lead and coach talent acquisition business partners in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes
- Actively recruit open positions, throughout the network, at all levels
- Create, track, and analyze key talent acquisition metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, offer acceptance rates, candidate quality, and turnover within first 12 months)
- Train Modern's Leadership Team on our talent acquisition practices and compliance
- Prepare and deliver regular talent acquisition reports for HR leadership and senior management, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
- Utilize Paycom's reporting tools to ensure accuracy of talent acquisition data, identify trends, measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, and marketing campaigns in order to refine our program
- Partner with HR and business leaders to set benchmarking, and establish goals, for continuous improvement in the candidate experience and talent acquisition strategy and performance
- Analyze labor market data, and internal workforce trends, to support workforce planning, competitive practices, and pipeline development
- Leverage data to forecast hiring needs, evaluate ROI on talent acquisition initiatives, and optimize the allocation of resources
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and department heads to understand workforce needs
- Manage job requisitions, approvals, and consistent use of Paycom's ATS module
- Ensure compliance with federal/state/local employment laws, EEO/Affirmative Action, and OFCCP
- Cultivate strong employer brand and build talent pipelines for critical roles
- Oversee external partnerships with agencies, job boards, universities, etc.
- Champion and implement inclusion and belonging hiring initiatives, inclusive interview practices, and awareness for Modern's Leadership Team
- Assume additional responsibilities, to support Modern Aviation's evolving business objectives

- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administrator or a related field, preferred
- 5-7 years of talent acquisition experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience managing multi-location or multi-state recruitment
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (Paycom preferred)

- Constantly operates a computer and periodically move around the office to access office machinery, e.g., copy machine
- Possess the ability to communicate information and ideas so others understand
- Ability to travel 5-10% of time across the network
