Primary Location:

Impact Sales Representative: Sell beverage products to retail stores. Stock orders, solicit new business, provide excellent customer service, and effectively resolve complaints.

• Valid driver's license, and company driver qualifications required.
• Travel through assigned territory: create orders, prepare sales contracts and network with customers.
• Solicit new business, conduct business reviews, demonstrate products and services, use samples to market and emphasize features or benefits.
• Quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders.
• Arrange beverage products on shelves and create points of interruption for potential customers.
• Create promotional designs with displays in compliance with company policy.
• Places price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, merchandise, or floor.
• Ensure inventory levels are accurate, and products are stocked according to planograms.
• Assembles display ads from company provided Point of Sale (POS) materials.
• Coordinate delivery and empty shell pickups, based on production and delivery schedules.
• Prepare reports of business transactions and keep expense accounts.
• Wear and utilize appropriate company safety equipment.
• Wear Company provided uniforms, present a professional, well-groomed image to customers and the marketplace.
• Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School or General Education degree (GED) preferred.
• Generate reports, and effectively communicate with customers, and all employees of the organization.
• Minimum of 6 months' experience in Merchandising and Retail Sales Preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to lift and/or move up to 25 LB, frequently life and/or move up to 50 LB, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 70 LB.
