Job Summary

The Cable Harness and Soldering Assembler is responsible for assembling and soldering cable harnesses in accordance with production and quality standards. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand tools to strip, crimp, and assemble copper and coaxial wires. The assembler must be able to read and interpret technical drawings and follow detailed process instructions accurately.

Job Responsibilities




  • Assemble and solder cable harnesses following work instructions and drawings



  • Strip, crimp, and terminate copper and coaxial wires using hand tools



  • Inspect and verify assemblies meet IPC 610/620 requirements



  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment



  • Identify and report any defects or process deviations



  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals




Job Requirements




  • High mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail



  • Prior experience with cable assembly or soldering preferred



  • Familiarity with IPC 610/620 standards a plus



  • Ability to read and follow print and written instructions



  • Proficiency with basic hand tools and assembly equipment




Work Schedule




  • Monday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
