SENIOR ALL-SOURCE INTELLIGENCE ANALYST
Location: Washington, D.C. | Type: Full-Time | Clearance: TS/SCI (required)

Overview
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking Senior All-Source Intelligence Analysts to support DHS Office of Intelligence & Analysis (I&A) under the Analytic Tradecraft Assistance Program (ATAP). You will deliver tradecraft diagnostics, mentorship, and remediation to ensure DHS products meet IC standards (ICD 203/206) in a SCIF-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct tradecraft and methodological evaluations of draft and disseminated analytic products.
  • Mentor analysts/managers on analytic conceptualization, sourcing, and structured analytic techniques.
  • Support Analytic Ombudsman dispute resolution and consensus reviews.
  • Develop and deliver tailored clinics, workshops, and written guidance to improve tradecraft.
  • Contribute to monthly diagnostics and quarterly trend reports on tradecraft performance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • U.S. citizen with active TS/SCI and DHS suitability eligibility.
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of all-source intelligence experience (Master's + 6; Associate's + 10).
  • Demonstrated expertise applying IC tradecraft (ICD 203/206) and structured analytic techniques.
  • Proven record producing/reviewing finished intelligence and briefing senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytic writing, coordination, and communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • DHS I&A, fusion center, or SLTT partner experience.
  • Experience in tradecraft evaluation, analytic remediation, and adult learning facilitation.
  • Subject-matter depth in economic security, transnational crime, cyber, or critical infrastructure threats.
  • Familiarity with IC policies (ICD 501/503/704/705) and DHS MD 4300/11042.1.

Additional Details
Travel: Up to 10% (CONUS).
Work Environment: On-site / SCIF-based at DHS Nebraska Avenue Complex and other NCR locations as required.
