We are seeking a Senior Content Web Manager to help us fulfill that mission.

The Senior Web Content Manager will be primarily responsible for leading B2B web content projects, managing day-to-day web deployments, tracking web performance and making data-informed content decisions, and contributing to SEO optimization efforts. The Senior Web Content Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, keeping an eye toward the general health of the website, ensuring an optimal experience for all audiences.

The finalist will be hired at the salary and level commensurate with their qualifications. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary between $80,000 to $90,000. ACT manages salaries within this range based on relevant factors, including skills, experience, and internal equity.

Location: This is a remote position, based in the United States.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship.

What you will be working on:



  • Lead web content projects, manage day-to-day website deployment, content updates, files, and assets.
  • Implement and support SEO optimizations strategies to increase organic traffic to the website for maximized conversions and revenue.
  • Maintain website architecture and page structure to ensure navigation integrity and non-duplication of pages.
  • Work with front-end web developer to identify areas for opportunity, troubleshoot, and ensure seamless integration of design elements and functionality across all devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and business goals.
  • Design and create engaging landing pages and web content that adheres to brand guidelines and user experience principles.
  • Contribute to web strategy, including information architecture, navigation, SEO, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Contribute to optimization strategies and techniques to improve website performance, conversion rates, and user engagement.
  • Identify new features and functionality to be incorporated into the web user experience.


Role Progression:



  • Within 3 months you will have a solid understanding of our content platforms, workflows, brand guidelines, and governance processes.
  • Within 6 months you will be managing content requests based on SEO best practices, analytics insights, and accessibility standards ensuring consistency and alignment with business goals.
  • Within 12 months you will be proactively identifying opportunities for content innovation, personalization, and user experience improvements.


This could be the job for you if you have (minimum requirements):



  • 5+ years of experience as a Web Specialist, Web Designer, or Digital Design.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Solid understanding of optimization strategies, techniques, and tools for SEO, A/B, and User Testing.
  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
  • Proficient with content management systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager or Hubspot.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with optimization techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate ideas and concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, journalism, communications, information technology or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.


It's a plus if you have:



  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or HubSpot
  • SEO, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Web Content or related certifications
  • Experience within the Education or Assessment Industry
