Friary Pensacola provides access to comprehensive mental health care and substance misuse treatment by providing outpatient counseling, intensive outpatient counseling and veterans-specific counseling. The Friary Pensacola is a private-practice model facility located on Lakeview's main campus. Services include individual therapy and group therapy. Hours are 8 am-5 pm Monday thru Friday.

Overview:

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide clinical services requiring advanced knowledge - demonstrated through a Master's Degree, relevant licensure/certification, and a minimum of two years' experience-in the field of Human Services. This role focuses on serving veterans and their families by delivering high-quality, client-centered therapeutic care. Duties include conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, providing individual therapy, administering and documenting clinical measurement tools, coordinating with internal and external treatment teams, and engaging in case consultation and presentation. Staff also deliver person-centered services while actively managing client risk and safety. In addition, training in Cognitive Processing Therapy is incorporated into treatment to best meet the needs of the population served. This role also functions as a consultant and mentor to Bachelor's-level Direct Care employees, supporting them as part of a collaborative treatment team. Given the advanced expertise required, the position carries significant responsibility in ensuring high standards of care, compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies, and adherence to LCI and divisional protocols. As such, this position serves as a lead provider in the delivery of direct clinical services.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation, or a related human services field (a related human services field is one in which major course work includes the study of human behavior and development)
• Must hold an active Florida license as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT.
• Two (2) years, after licensure, providing services to adults with trauma related symptoms.
• Must be able to provide individualized, integrated mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring services to meet the needs of individuals served and their families.
• Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.

Compensation

Salary Range is between $56,672 to $68,816 per year with an additional supplemental pay (up to 10% of base pay).
