This is a position with The Marley Company, a parent company which provides administrative support to the SPXEnterprisesHVAC Heating businesses (such as WM Technologies, LLC, Marley Engineered Products, LLC, Patterson-Kelley, LLC) and includes all Weil-McLainbranded products.

We are seeking a graphic design intern to assist and support our in-house marketing communications team responsible for the delivery of content curation, new product introduction campaigns and promotions, social media selling and more!

What you can expect in this role (Job Responsibilities)

While each day brings new opportunities, your core responsibilities will be:

  • Select photo images:Choose photos for marketing materials, blog posts, and websites
  • Develop images:Develop images for social and blog posts
  • Update websites:Assist with lite website updates and edits on WordPress
  • Assist with rebranding:Update product collateral to new brand templates
  • Retouch images:Retouch and manipulate images
  • Collaborate with the marketing team:Under the direction of a Sr Designer, work the marketing team to help coordinate various marketing activities
  • Update backend systems with product and marketing content
  • Help manage, maintain and organize the marketing file server of assets

What we are looking for (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education)

We each bring something to the table, and we are looking for someone who has:

Required Experience

  • Experience in both print and digital design layout creations
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Solid understanding of color theory and typography
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams while independently managing projects

Education & Certifications

  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree in related field of study with successful track record (Marketing, Graphic Design)
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above

Travel & Working Environment

  • Work in office
  • Frequently required to stand, walk and sit
