• Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and care.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided if needed).
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in fulfillment.

• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in RF scanning devices and WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, HighJump, Honeywell, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of receiving, picking, packing, and shipping workflows.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience is a plus!
