Job Title: Psych RN Location: Salem, OR 97301 Duration: 3 months to long term Shift: 3x12-Hour (07:00 AM - 07:00 PM) Job Description: Responsible for ensuring patients receive the correct medications, dosages, and at the appropriate times. Monitoring for side effects and potential interactions. Providing therapeutic treatments include various therapies, such as individual or group therapy, depending on the patient's needs and the facility. Evaluating patient responses to treatment Regularly assess how patients are responding to treatment and adjust the care plan as needed. Maintaining a safe and secure environment this is crucial, especially in mental health settings, to ensure the well-being of both patients and staff. Educate patients about their conditions, medications, and treatment plans. They may also educate staff on best practices in mental health care. Need to coordinate or provide additional medical care, depending on the patient's needs and the facility's protocols. Required Documents: Registered Nurse License. BLS/CPR Certificate.
