Job Title: Crew Supervisor III Location with zip code: Alcoa, TN 37701 Duration: 6+ Months Pay Rate. $43 per hour on W2 without benefits Shift Timing: 12hr shift. 5am -5 pm, Rotational shift 2 days on and 2days off ,5 days on and 5 days off. Description Supervising electrical craft, mechanical craft and production employees within the department, acting as a resource for maintenance guidance to craft and other manufacturing personnel Providing technical maintenance support for assigned area Executing planned and unplanned work to meet department goals Coordinate repairs with customers to ensure minimal equipment downtime. Following-up on equipment issues, and developing technical problem-solving solutions. Providing on-call response to remedy critical maintenance situations. Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives of manufacturing methods, working hand in hand with craft employees. Adhering to Arconic EH&S, quality, continuous improvement, and other company policies. Assuming other special activities and responsibilities from time to time as required. Education: Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Verifiable Supervisory experience. Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong maintenance background with 2 years of hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in an industrial environment. Preferred: Associates or BS degree in a technical field. Previous work experience in a similar role. 5+ years heavy industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience. Knowledge of PLCs and hydraulic systems. Supervisory experience in a Union environment. Supervisory experience with Production employees.
