As the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Technical Analyst, you will provide operator expertise and technical oversight in support of FMS upgrades and sustainment for the P-8A program. This role is critical to ensuring successful execution of international cases by bridging operational knowledge with technical, programmatic, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of FMS configuration and safety management plans through participation in technical interchanges, working groups, Change Review Boards, Configuration Control Boards, and risk management activities.
  • Contribute to the creation and review of technical documentation, including Statements of Work, specifications, CDRLs, schedules, and financial documents to enable effective case execution.
  • Prepare and deliver program briefings; provide on-site and travel support for meetings, working groups, and reviews.
  • Assist in milestone decision reviews, coordinate technical documentation, and ensure timely approval and tracking on behalf of program leadership.
  • Serve as a liaison between NAVAIR, engineers, Trusted Agents (TAs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and foreign customers to facilitate communication and technical data exchange.
  • This position will require up to 20% travel; must have an active U.S. Passport.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline; in lieu of degree, at least five (5) years of operational P-8A experience with a strong understanding of P-8A flight characteristics.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of NAVAIR processes, competencies, and technical communication protocols.
  • Experience managing and coordinating technical responses to foreign partners regarding P-8A data and documentation.
  • Must have knowledge of P-8 Mission Systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project); MS Project experience preferred.

  • This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance. Selected candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Salary Range:

  • The estimated salary range for this position will be $100,000 - $140,000 annually, based on an individual's level of experience and skill set. It is our goal at ASEC to provide equitable compensation to all employees.
