As a Technology Solutions Executive within Netsmart's Plexus Technology group, you will partner directly with our Post-Acute and Human Services clients to transform the way they leverage technology. You are a consultative sales professional with deep knowledge of Cloud, Managed Services, and channel partner solutions who thrives on helping clients modernize their infrastructure and unlock the full potential of Netsmart's platform solutions.
In this role, you will guide executives and decision-makers through complex sales cycles, demonstrating how Netsmart's SaaS and Cloud solutions deliver reliability, scalability, and security for mission-critical healthcare operations. You will serve as a trusted advisor, educating clients on best practices, alleviating concerns, and tailoring Netsmart's technology offerings to meet the unique needs of the post-acute and human services markets.

Responsibilities:

  • A broad understanding and ability to articulate the technology infrastructure needed to support the implementations of Netsmart platform solutions.

  • The ability to articulate the benefits of Public Cloud offerings

  • The ability to articulate the benefits of Managed Services Solutions

  • Provide subject matter expertise on channel partner solutions that Netsmart brings to market enhancing the value add for clients

  • Develop value proposition and benefit to the client

  • Help to develop best practices within the department

  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in SalesForce.com

  • Qualify leads from executive calling program as well as proactive target-based prospects

  • Understand clients' business needs and suggest appropriate technology solutions to match those needs

  • Support and leverage channel partners, Netsmart Sales teams, field marketing efforts, product launches, and product demonstrations

  • Establish and maintain positive and proactive relationships both internally and externally

  • Handle multiple functions and priorities with high level of effectiveness

  • Engage in proactive client initiatives to provide accounts with proper level of service and support

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience

  • 5-8 years of work experience

  • Technology/Managed Services Experience

  • Must be able to demonstrate a high level of achievement of sales experience with channel sales, infrastructure technologies, SaaS/Remote Hosting technology related solutions and services

  • Must have solid track record of selling software, hardware and hosting solutions

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent contract and proposal development skills

  • Ability to Multitask across modalities

  • Excellent problem solver

  • Creative and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Proven ability to develop creative sales presentations

  • Ability to work cross-functionally to solve problems

  • Travel as needed

  • PC Literacy and knowledge of standard office products and sales tools including SalesForce.com

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formula creation, pivot tables, and data visualization (charts/graphs), to generate dynamic pricing sheets and business reports
