The Business & Program Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day commercial and business operations of a global business process managed services engagement.

The position is expected to lead initiatives across multiple delivery towers, driving operational excellence in business operations, communications, and ensuring sound financial management. This role blends leadership, organization, and execution; requiring deep collaboration with internal and client stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes across commercial planning, talent development, financial management, and strategic communications.

The Business & Program Manager will work closely with the Core Client Lead to orchestrate executive-level reviews, lead client messaging and commercial efforts. Responsibilities span financial planning, organizational design, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on efficiency, clarity, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive-level communications, briefings and reviews for external and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze internal financials and global rosters data to inform strategic decisions and reporting
  • Collaborate with client and internal teams to ensure effective billing and invoice management, including addressing client queries
  • Drive the sales process by providing pricing and financials support while collaborating with delivery and commercial teams
  • Drive commercial planning and financial alignment across delivery towers
  • Manage and execute complex projects and critical initiatives by defining project objectives and coordinating timelines
  • Track and report on progress against strategic goals, value streams, and initiatives
  • Maintain governance across priorities and towers to ensure alignment and execution consistency while ensuring meetings drive clarity, accountability, and progress toward goals

Job requirement: Ability to work onsite 50-75% of the time at the office in Beaverton, OR.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management and reporting

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program and project management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role, ideally within the finance and/or retail industry

  • Data analysis and visualization

  • Experience working as a Professional Services Provider

Professional Skills Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, oral and written

  • Client stakeholder relationship management

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
