Talent Attraction Specialist

We're looking for a creative and highly organized Talent Attraction Specialist to join our North American Talent team. This is a great opportunity for someone who's passionate about starting their career in human resources, talent attraction or communications. You'll support our efforts to attract top talent by coordinating events, supporting digital campaigns, and helping bring our employer brand to life.

No two days are the same in this fast-paced and collaborative role. You'll work across multiple areas of our Talent team (talent attraction, university relations, talent sourcing, recruiting, talent management) - supporting both internal and external initiatives - and gaining exposure to employer branding, digital marketing and talent engagement.

You will:

• Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events, including shipping materials, booking travel, and managing registrations.
• Support content creation with light copywriting, image editing, and formatting for social media, employee advocacy, emails, and internal communications.
• Maintain candidate pools and talent communities within our candidate relationship management systems.
• Help track budgets and spend for events and campaigns.
• Support internal talent initiatives.
• Manage our inventory of branded materials, giveaways, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on award submissions and campaign content.
• Provide general administrative support (e.g. calendar coordination, meeting logistics).
• Maintain our Talent collaboration sites (SharePoint) and contribute to the wider HR content portals.
• Take part in projects that help you develop core skills in branding, sourcing, and partnerships.

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or human resources, or equivalent experience required
• 1 year of relevant work experience in communications, Human Resources or similar
• Experience with creative image or video editing software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign) highly preferred
• Excellent communication (oral, written, interpersonal) skills required
• Strong conceptual thinking skills: ability to utilize creative and innovative approaches in problem solving
• Strong visual messaging skills, including proficiency with PowerPoint and/or similar applications.
• High level of motivation
• Possess a continuous improvement mentality in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Outstanding organizational ability: attention to detail and follow up skills
