Job Description: As a Fixed Site Collections Manager, you will provide strategic oversight and leadership for multiple fixed collection sites throughout the Wisconsin region. You'll ensure that each facility meets regulatory requirements and production targets while promoting a diverse portfolio of blood products, including whole blood, Power Red cells, platelets, and plasma. In this role, you will oversee collection teams within the region to ensure the achievement of collection goals, business initiatives, and quality metrics. In this role, you will use your biomedical knowledge, logistics/supply chain experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage union relations to lead our collections teams. You will enforce organizational policies, drive production, and embrace cultural initiatives. As a change agent, you will lead teams through transformation, fostering future leadership and collaboration. Your operational mindset and communication skills will be key to driving success and efficiency. Provide support, development, and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers. Pay Information: The salary range for this position is $89000 to $95,000 Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location where the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role. This is an on-site position, based out of our Madison, WI, location. This role will require regular and consistent travel within the region, as well as out-of-state travel, as business needs dictate.
