We are Seeking a Component Repair Technician to perform repairs and testing of electronic components of manufactured products in our client's FAA Certificated Repair Station. This role is responsible for meeting customer expectations for quality of repairs and contractual turn-around time for repair. This position requires an individual who adheres to and supports Operating Procedures, Company Policies and Divisional Goals

Key Responsibilities:
*Responsible for disassembling, repairing, and reassembling all products manufactured by the company
*Responsible for filling out request forms and material movement tags for repair parts.
*Monitors spare parts stock levels and initiates replacement orders as required.
*Documents all repair and or test data on repair travelers.
*Performs incoming inspections and basic functional tests on products returned for repair.
*Responsible for calibration of workstations and soldering irons.
*Successfully pass all FAA and company mandated training courses.
*Utilize test equipment for in house use.
*Surface mount and through hole assembly and repair.
Software/Tools Used:
*Familiarity with meters (e.g., ohm meters).
*J-standard soldering certification (external trainer used).
*Computer literacy: Epicor ERP, RO tracker, basic Excel.
