As part of this transformation, we're looking for a highly motivated Associate Manager, Media Strategy to support media planning and execution across multiple brands.

In this role, you will support the Senior Manager, Media Strategy in bringing innovative, insight-led campaigns to life. You'll collaborate closely with internal brand teams, agency partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to help ensure our media strategies are optimized, performance-driven, and aligned to brand goals.

What you will do...

Media Planning & Execution Support

  • Assist in the development and stewardship of paid media campaigns across multiple brands.
  • Help translate marketing strategies and brand objectives into media campaigns in partnership with the Senior Manager.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals between internal teams and external agencies.
  • Lead tactical execution of focused media partnerships and integrated programs.
  • Manage media budgets coordinating with agency, finance and accounting teams.

Performance & Optimization

  • Support media performance reporting-analyzing data, building recaps, and tracking key metrics.
  • Assist in identifying trends and insights that can inform optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with analytics and agency teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign results and learnings.

Agency & Partner Collaboration

  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for agency partners on tasks such as asset requirements, campaign monitoring, and basic Q&A.
  • Support the Senior Manager in reviewing media plans, partnerships, and recommendations.
  • Help maintain strong communication and coordination with external partners to ensure seamless execution.

Cross-Functional Teamwork

  • Collaborate closely with content, PR, digital/social, and shopper teams to ensure campaigns are integrated and aligned.
  • Support internal meetings, recaps, and documentation of campaign progress and results.

Learning, Innovation & Best Practices

  • Stay curious and up to date on media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
  • Contribute fresh thinking and observations to team brainstorms and campaign planning sessions.
  • Proactively look for opportunities to streamline processes or enhance impact in partnership with the team.

Who you will work with...

Reporting to the Senior Manager you will work with cross-functional teams and agency partners.

What You Bring

  • 3 plus years of experience in media, marketing, or digital advertising (agency or brand side); CPG experience a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Curiosity about consumer behavior, media strategy, and campaign performance.
  • Solid understanding of media channels and platforms, especially digital and social; exposure to media planning tools a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from others.
  • Bachelor's degree required

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$86,100-$123,700

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
