We are looking for a Supported Employment & Education (SEE) Specialist to join our Young Adult First Episode Psychosis Team in Kansas City, MO. In this full-time, community-based role, you will work closely with youth and young adults (ages 15-25) -providing support, advocacy, and skill-building to help them thrive in education and employment. About the Role: As a SEE Specialist, you will work collaboratively with a supportive interdisciplinary team to provide rehabilitative services, job development, life skill development and school navigation to young adults experiencing symptoms of psychosis. You will assess individual client needs, help them set meaningful goals, and provide follow-through support as they pursue stability, wellness, and growth. This role is perfect for someone who is flexible, personable, and passionate about working with young people-especially in underserved communities. Minimum Requirements:
