Responsible for providing information and insights regarding customers, markets, competitors, and campaign effectiveness to measure performance and support business decisions. Will conduct market research to analyze competitors; determine brand perceptions, evaluate market penetration and understand customer needs. Responsible for analyzing marketing metrics to identify cause-effect relationships between marketing actions and financial outcomes to increase profitability. Manage continued development of underlying models and data used to generate risk information and Play a central role in the company's upcoming development project by specifying process requirements, modeling approaches, and report contents. Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned) Responsible for assisting in the strategic origination and development activities including all aspects of power generation project development. Will be responsible for identifying, developing, implementing and closing structured transactions relating to the purchase and sale of complex and strategic customers/prospects for power and natural gas related products and services. Support negotiation of master trading and transportation agreements with target customers. Implement market penetration strategies focused on power plant development strategies and help develop customer value propositions. Work closely with all levels in the organization, to help manage, negotiate, and execute various agreements. Will be responsible for leading the development and origination process from start to finish including responding to RFPs, contract negotiations, and internal approval processes. Responsible for establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships with potential customers, including utilities, municipals, cooperatives, corporate and industrial buyers, retail aggregators and other wholesale customers. Work with internal teams to develop solutions to deliver thermal and renewable products to customers. Track regional market dynamics and provide regular feedback to the Development team about new opportunities and locations for project development. Perform regional market and competitive analysis as requested. Contribute to the development of new and existing products and services to increase market presence and meet customer demands including collaborating with related areas such as Risk Management, Asset Optimization, and Business Development. Actively support a variety of new generation project developments and existing project expansions regarding power offtake agreements, fuel supply, and fuel transportation. Job Responsibilities
