Excel proficiency, testing strategy, and technical writing Role Overview We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 5+ years of experience in IT and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with familiarity in cybersecurity and operational technology within a manufacturing environment. This position requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting while seamlessly transitioning into ongoing corporate projects. Minimum Requirements 5+ years of experience in IT and GRC roles. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders. Knowledge of operational technology in a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to perform and streamline complex data analysis and derive actionable insights. Experience in requirements gathering, testing, verification, and validation within systems development lifecycle (SDLC). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What Will Make an Impact Familiarity with cybersecurity terminology, frameworks, and standards (e.g., ISO, NIST). Ability to quickly integrate into ongoing projects supporting corporate business operations. Strong coordination skills to manage activities across delivery teams and interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
