We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI development and MLops, with a focus on large language models (LLMs) and traditional machine learning techniques. You will work closely with the hiring manager and another developer to build and fine-tune models, develop RAG applications, and interface with stakeholders. Responsibilities: Develop and fine-tune LLMs using Snowflake, Llama, and Mistral models. Utilize OpenAI within Azure for development projects. Extend existing projects with Google. Work with a diverse tech stack including Python and Azure. Implement end-to-end machine learning solutions and MLops. Access and analyze various types of data, including clinical, financial, and risk assessment data. Build rag applications for summarizing content and Q&A purposes. Perform traditional AI development tasks such as regression and XGBoost. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success. Participate in daily standup meetings and work within an Agile, Kanban environment. Requirements: Proven experience in AI development and MLops. Proficiency in Python; experience with Azure is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to interface with stakeholders. Familiarity with clinical, financial, and risk assessment data. Ability to work in EST, CST, or MST time zones. Availability to start early September.
