Few models in production right now, always looking to do automations. Environment: Azure, open AI, snowflake Someone working on snowflake would be great Comfortable writing SQL queries (not complex), python code Mlops is good, small team so wearing multiple hats Active participant in meetings, brings value to the table End to end ML, POC to dev to prod to mlops. Data engineers do the wrangling and data preprocessing . Clinical data experience is a plus Financial, retail and life sciences backgrounds seem to do well in this space Traditional ML type: Classification, random forest, xgboost, logistic regression Nothing on neural networks, cnn, 6 month and could extend - this is a backfill. We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI development and MLops, with a focus on large language models (LLMs) and traditional machine learning techniques. You will work closely with the hiring manager and another developer to build and fine-tune models, develop RAG applications, and interface with stakeholders. Responsibilities: Develop and fine-tune LLMs using Snowflake, Llama, and Mistral models. Utilize OpenAI within Azure for development projects. Extend existing projects with Google. Work with a diverse tech stack including Python and Azure. Implement end-to-end machine learning solutions and MLops. Access and analyze various types of data, including clinical, financial, and risk assessment data. Build rag applications for summarizing content and Q&A purposes. Perform traditional AI development tasks such as regression and XGBoost. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success. Participate in daily standup meetings and work within an Agile, Kanban environment. Requirements: Proven experience in AI development and MLops. Proficiency in Python; experience with Azure is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to interface with stakeholders. Familiarity with clinical, financial, and risk assessment data. Ability to work in EST, CST, or MST time zones. Availability to start early September. Willingness to participate in a two-step interview process: a technical panel (45 minutes) and a manager interview (45 minutes).
