We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will use your creative and strategic skills to develop marketing materials aimed at driving growth for our payer and provider commercial payments business. You will work closely with our insights team to understand the buyer's journey and decision-making process, and you will partner with our product marketing and creative teams to create compelling content aimed at health care financial decision marketers. This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Product Marketing.

This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with product marketing to ensure sales teams are equipped with the right messaging, assets, and tools for each campaign and product launch
  • Create and manage sales collateral, presentations, case studies, email templates, and product sheets tailored to different stages of the buyer journey
  • Partner with product teams to create and deliver sales training aimed at improving product knowledge and the use of sales marketing materials
  • Support sales/relationship management team on RFP/finalist presentations for strategic deals
  • Creates and/or works with vendors on marketing content such as product explainer videos, infographics, insights articles, webinars, etc.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of enablement initiatives using KPIs such as content usage, sales productivity, and win rates
  • Provides marketing support for events such as trade shows and round tables
  • Lead creative brief process for marketing team, coordinating resources and managing deadlines

Required Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product marketing strategy and content creation
  • Ability to be highly organized and to multi-task, managing a high volume of tactics from concept to execution to optimization
  • Ability to be a team player with solid interpersonal skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders and build good working relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to project manage
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to shift projects and strategies to meet the changing landscape


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience designing PowerPoint presentations
  • Experience writing content such as white papers, articles, blogs and social media content
  • Experience marketing to provider and health plan/insurance organizations
  • Experience supporting sophisticated sales organizations and fast-paced technology marketing teams



Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
