- Responsible for expediting, routing, and dispatching materials and parts to ensure production schedules and commitments are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and resolve any material-related issues.
- Review master production schedule to identify potential and actual material shortages.
- Alert proper authorities of potential problems and proactively mitigate delays.
- Provide progress reports on assigned programs or areas through maintaining accurate records of orders.
- Expedite parts to different areas of the facility to maintain processes.
- Report on completion dates, material changes or substitutions, shortages, and schedule modifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of material movements, inventory levels, and production schedules.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the material dispatch process, including suggesting innovative solutions and participating in process improvement initiatives.
- The expeditor manufacturing dispatcher will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with production teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient material delivery.

Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Excel.
