Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact in a high-quality manufacturing environment? Advantage Technical is hiring a Material Control Associate to support material operations in a cleanroom and kitting room setting.
This role is key to ensuring timely, accurate material delivery to production lines, while maintaining compliance with FDA and cGMP standards.

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM

Pay: $24.30/hour

What You'll Do:



  • Operate inventory and tracking systems including SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Deliver raw materials to Cleanroom cells and maintain inventory flow
  • Accurately record all material transactions in SAP
  • Perform material pre-issuance tasks (e.g., silicone prep, siliconizing)
  • Respond to material requests via radio and ensure timely restocking
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow end-of-shift procedures
  • Use manual pallet jacks and other material transport equipment
  • Assist warehouse operations (shipping/receiving) as needed
  • Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Communicate clearly with the incoming shift through reports and updates



Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging environment
  • Comfortable using computers and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Able to lift, move, and transport materials safely
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Must be able to read and understand work instructions in English
  • Previous experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics/AX, or similar systems
  • Forklift certification (sit-down/stand-up) is a plus
  • Experience in the medical device industry a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with ergonomic lifting techniques
  • Positive attitude, proactive problem-solving mindset, and team player
