8 AM - 4:30 PM | $78 per hour

What We're Looking For



  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Motion Design, Graphic Design, Human Factors, HCI, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Psychology, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in UX/UI design, motion graphics, video production, or instructional media design. An eLearning or digital training experience is a plus.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, animation, and storytelling skills.
  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in motion graphics and multimedia tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Figma, or similar).
    • Strong communication and visual storytelling abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional, distributed teams.
    • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn.


  • Bonus: Prototyping skills for interactive learning experiences.
  • Travel: Ability to travel within the U.S. quarterly as needed.



What You'll Do



  • Design & Animate: Create high-quality graphics, motion design, animation, and video content for instructional and training use.
  • Collaborate: Partner with Instructional Designers, UX Designers, and Researchers to build engaging learning experiences.
  • Storytelling: Develop motion graphics and video learning assets that clearly communicate ideas and delight learners.
  • User-Centered Design: Work closely with Human Factors and User Research teams to apply UX best practices and ensure safe, effective, and compliant learning materials.
  • Present & Prototype: Share your design vision through storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive presentations to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Innovation: Contribute to the evolution of our instructional design frameworks, digital learning standards, and design systems.
  • Learn & Grow: Receive mentorship from senior staff while expanding your expertise in motion graphics, instructional media, and UX design.
