Job Summary
The Goods Flow Associate is responsible for ensuring products are efficiently received, stocked, and made available to customers. This role supports accurate inventory management, timely goods movement, and compliance with all safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities
Ensure high product availability by accurately and efficiently executing assigned goods flow and inventory tasks
Perform goods handling, stocking, and movement using designated systems and tools to maintain data accuracy and efficiency
Follow established inventory routines to maximize stock integrity and support customer demand
Comply with all health, safety, and security protocols to prevent incidents involving co-workers, customers, and products
Contribute to daily operational goals by participating in planning, prioritizing, and executing department activities
Work collaboratively to optimize goods flow operations, identifying and implementing process improvements where possible
Share expertise and support colleagues to foster teamwork and a productive work environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in retail, warehouse, or logistics operations is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation
Ability to lift, move, and handle products safely as part of daily tasks
Comfortable working in a physically active, fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems preferred
